Hi! I’m Sara,

A Degree-Qualified Naturopath and Herbalist, and the Founder of The Remedi Room Whangarei.

When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me teaching Pilates, sipping coffee at a local café with my laptop open, lifting weights at the gym, hiking, or soaking up the sunshine.

My own healing journey continues to shape the way I practice today. I know how hard it can feel to be stuck, disconnected from your body, searching for answers and not knowing where to turn. It’s this lived experience that inspires me to support women through similar seasons with compassion — helping them reconnect to their bodies, find the clarity they’re looking for, and feel empowered in their own healing journey.

In my work, I bring together traditional naturopathic wisdom and modern, evidence-based natural therapies. I see myself as both grounded and intuitive — combining research and clinical insight with a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom. My role is to guide you in reconnecting with that wisdom, because at the end of the day, you are your greatest healer.

My mission is to empower clients with knowledge of their body’s natural processes and nutritional needs. When you understand the “why” behind your plan, you can make confident choices and advocate for your health. Alongside your Wellness Plan, you’ll receive resources on nutrition, lifestyle, herbal remedies, and nervous system support to guide lasting change.

SELF AWARENESS & CONNECTION TO SELF

Through my own healing and my work with clients, I’ve seen how deeply our thoughts and beliefs shape wellbeing. They can either support or hold back our growth. Early in our work together, I encourage self-reflection and journaling on your “why,” to uncover barriers and build awareness. I believe true healing begins with reconnecting to yourself, your body, and nature — and learning to listen to your own inner wisdom.

SUSTAINABILITY & STRONG FOUNDATIONS

My goal is to help clients create lasting change by building strong foundations in nutrition and lifestyle. While supplements can be valuable in the short term, I aim to reduce long-term reliance by focusing on nutrient-rich foods and daily habits that build resilience and support wellbeing for years to come.

Healing begins when we see our symptoms as messages from the body, and meet them with curiosity and care.
